What is ODM/OEM ?
ODM means "Original Design Manufacturing", also called "private label". In this case, the importer selects an already existing product plan from the factory catalog, makes a few small changes and sells it under his own brand. Changes may include, for example, packaging or product packages, colors and branding, as well as some limited changes to components or functions.

OEM stands for "Original Equipment Manufacturering" which builds a customer's product that is completely designed by the customers and then contracts to produce it. Apple's iPhone, for example, was invented and designed by Apple, and then contracted with Foxconn to make it. With this, the iPhone has a much higher level of product differentiation because the design is only available to Apple and its contract manufacturer.

How to Understand ?

ODM means the product designed and produced by our factory. Our customers like this product, and the customer asks us to change the packaging production, commonly known as " Adhere or print company logo". ODM products belong to our factory, and usually only will be changed the brand of the customer's packaging company logo. The product is not bought exclusively by the customer. The customer has no right to interfere with other sales channels of the product. We can sell it to other customers with the original packaging of our factory.
